Thursday, February 4 - Good works do not save us. But good works become the obvious evidence we have been saved!

Wednesday, February 3 - Obedience to Christ doesn't save anyone. Obedience follows genuine saving faith!

Tuesday, February 2 - While good works do not save us, good works do flow from our lives as a result of saving faith.

Monday, February 1 - Just believing about Jesus is not saving faith. Even the demons believe the truth about Jesus - and shudder!

Sunday, January 31 - The fruit of good works points to the root of salvation. The fruit cannot save you. But, it shows you are saved!

Saturday, January 30 - There are no little sins before God. Violating any law of God is just as serious as violating every law of God.

Friday, January 29 - Jesus never played favorites with his love. God makes it clear that we should never play favorites either!

Thursday, January 28 - James makes it clear that Jesus values the poor and the powerless. We should not underestimate their value to Him!

Wednesday, January 27 - Jesus never treated one group of people differently than another. He loved everyone equally. So should we.

Tuesday, January 26 - Like Jesus did, as Christ's followers, we should see and treat everyone as people made in God's image!

Monday, January 25 - We should demonstrate respect for those who deserve it. But we should never play favorites!

Sunday, January 24 - Jesus valued people equally. We should follow his example and treat everyone with equality and dignity!

Saturday, January 23 - Those serious about serving God are also serious about dealing with their sin!

Friday, January 22 - When we meet the needs of the poor and powerless, we demonstrate the authenticity of our commitment to Christ!

Thursday, January 21 - Oh, be careful little tongue, what you say. For the Father up above is looking down in love!

Wednesday, January 20 - Whether or not you voted for Joe Biden, praying for the new president is part of your obedience to Christ!

Tuesday, January 19 - Talking about politics and religion is not the problem. Missing what Jesus says religion looks like is the problem.

Monday, January 18 -

Sunday, January 17 - Being religious includes both a heart to worship God and a heart to serve others. Without both, we aren't religious.

Saturday, January 16 - When we live by something other than God's Word, we settle for far less than the blessed life God wants for us!
